Leakage inductance and capacitance PSP winding
Hi everyone,
I even know that when I have a configuration in the PSP winding (primary-secondary-primary) and I wind the second one over the primary sections, the leakage inductance should be reduced and the capacitance, I understand, would increase. However, when I try to do it the inductance increase and the capacitance reduces its value and I don't understand why

Hello, generally this is true, but there are some physical considerations, do both parts of the primary extend accross the whole width of the bobbin? I think it's necessary to have full layers to get good coupling.

No, it covers just half of the width
